Phil Heifetz, Senior Director, Finance at XCMR, is a finance and business development professional, with a focus across life sciences, medical devices and healthcare IT.
Over the course of his career, he has played a leading role in securing over $70 million in venture capital financings, M&A and licensing transactions. He has worked for both large and small organizations, serving as CEO, CFO and Chief Business Officer for multiple startups. His experiences include financings, IP, clinical trials, SaaS sales/marketing and other operations.
Most recently, he founded Narberth Ventures, helping early stage life science and healthcare clients with finance and business development.
Phil earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a focus on Healthcare Management, as well as a BS in Chemistry from Georgetown University. In addition to having served on the board of the Wharton Healthcare Management Alumni Association, he has also served on the Innovation Committee for the Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS North America) and is co-Head and co-Founder of the Philadelphia Health IT Circle.
