Richard A. Rasansky, co-founder and CEO at XCMR, is a recognized start-up entrepreneur, technologist, and innovator of all things tech that help make the world healthy, safe, and secure.

With over 30 years of leadership and management experience, Mr. Rasansky is a serial innovator with technological foresight and vision to implement breakthrough ideas, develop strong and effective collaborative teams and focus companies for growth and sustainability.

As a founder, c-level officer, principal partner and investor of public and private entities engaged in a variety of activities spanning technology, venture capital, real estate, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, financial and consumer services, Mr. Rasansky brings an extensive foundation of operational, technical and marketing expertise to XCMR.

Working with many of the world’s leading brands, retailers manufacturers and marketplaces, along with global standards organizations such as GS1 and the IEEE, Mr. Rasansky has contributed to the definition and ratification of global supply chain standards to support the Internet of Things by leveraging his expertise in auto-identification systems (including barcodes, RFID, NFC, and other triggers), IoT, supply chain visibility, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technologies. These efforts also support his work in the design, development and management of real-time data services to enable unique item traceability, including connected solutions to drive applications, analytics, and engagement throughout product and customer demand-chains in healthcare/pharma, global health, FMGC/CPG, apparel, and foodservice industries.

Previously, Mr. Rasansky was the founder and CEO of Yorn, a customer feedback management platform focused on healthcare and designed to guide organizations to continuously improve overall operational performance, service/product delivery quality and stakeholder experience in real-time. In addition, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Rasansky founded SymCheck, an automated health screening and verification application platform.

A graduate of the Wharton School, Mr. Rasansky also studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the Moore School of Engineering of the University of Pennsylvania.
